There are two ways to be eligible to attend Nationals with your basic entry fee paid

 

1.  Win a local Miss Celebrations USA Pageant 

 

2.  Register to represent your state as an Appointed State Delegate

 State-appointed delegates will receive a kit which will contain your beautiful state sash and crown
